Your files, handled honestly.

Tadeal is built on one promise: every tool does exactly what it says, and we're straight with you about what happens to your file. Here is exactly how your files are handled.

Most tools run entirely in your browser

The editor and the everyday tools — merge, split, remove and extract pages, organize, rotate, crop, add page numbers, add a watermark, and image ↔ PDF — process your file directly on your device. Your file is never uploaded anywhere for these tools.

Some tools process on our servers

A few tasks are too heavy for the browser — conversions to and from Office formats, compression, repair, OCR, PDF/A, comparison, and adding or removing a password. For these, your file is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our processing server, converted, and sent straight back.

We don't keep your files

Files processed on our servers are used only to produce your result and are removed right after processing. We don't store them, read them, or share them, and there is no backup copy.

No account, no file tracking

There's no sign-up and no login. We don't build a profile of your documents and we don't sell data. What you make with Tadeal is your business.

Anonymous, aggregate analytics

We use Google Analytics to see which tools are popular and where they fail — always in aggregate, never per person. It receives no file names, no file contents, and nothing that identifies you: only anonymous usage signals such as which tool ran, whether it succeeded, and a rough file-size range. IP addresses are anonymized by Google, and you can block it entirely with any privacy or ad-blocking browser extension.

A word on sensitive actions

Redaction permanently removes content from the exported file and cannot be undone. Only unlock files you have the right to open. When you protect a file, the password encrypts it and is never stored — if you lose it, we can't recover the file.

If anything here is unclear, that's on us — tell us and we'll fix the wording.
